The staff was incredibly nice, the bathroom was best. The suite was airy, everything was very good. The location was great, short walk to fast transport into London and which is approx 10 seconds away.
The hotel staff was a bit rude.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel in Wimbledon. The location, in an affluent residential area, was perfect for a peaceful retreat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the basic amenities you could need. I especially loved the attention to detail, with good little extras like a coffee machine and tea making facilities. The breakfast included was a great touch, although I must admit the croissants were a bit hard. excellent value for money!
